Patient with CHF and low Hg, found to have a large aortic root aneurysm and paravalvular leak.

The patient underwent complex #aorticsurgery  By Dr. Loumiotis with third time Redo-sternotomy, Aortic root replacement, coronary re-implantation. Intraoperative dehiscence noted between 3 and 6 o clock position.

The likely etiology is healed "endocarditis".
